In a new achievement for Egyptian media professionals on the international sports stage, the Executive Council of Mixed Martial Arts, chaired by Mr. George Victor, President of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation, alongside Mr. Rostam, President of the World Council of Martial Arts (W.K.R), has decided to reappoint Egyptian journalist Haitham Zeinhom as Media Advisor and Head of the Media Department of the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation and the Executive Council of Martial Arts, for the third consecutive time.

The decision was announced during the Executive Council meeting held on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, in Istanbul, Türkiye, in recognition of journalist Haitham Zeinhom’s outstanding media contributions, dedication, and commitment, as well as the significant progress and development achieved by the federation’s media department during his tenure.

His reappointment for a third consecutive term reflects the international confidence in his professional capabilities and his contribution to developing the federation’s media operations, strengthening its institutional presence, and promoting its activities and events across the international sports community.

This renewed confidence also highlights the growing role of Egyptian journalists in international sports organizations and their ability to represent their country with distinction while contributing to the development of global sports institutions.

The Executive Council expressed its sincere appreciation to Egyptian journalist Haitham Zeinhom, wishing him continued success and further achievements in his renewed position.
