The Libyan city of Benghazi hosted the North African Muay Thai Championship, with the participation of professional fighters from across North Africa. The championship was organized by the Libyan Muay Boran Boxing Federation in cooperation with the African Muay Boran Boxing Federation and the World Martial Arts Council.
